Rabbit, Bird, Bison and Fox explore ideas surrounding presence and absence. This series aims to invite the viewer inwards through the use of the unwavering gaze of the subjects while simultaneously producing the barrier of skin exemplified . Meant to create a point of convergence between viewer and subject, these images attempt to create a mirror of sorts where we might begin to recognize ourselves in the image of “the other”.
